    6000Hz底板刷新率,有效消除相位纹波,液晶响应速度很快,相位调制量最高可达6π,光能利用效率达95%,损伤阈值高,可实现纯相位调制,纯振幅调制,相位振幅混合调制。


    Meadowlark公司的 XY 系列空间光调制器(SLM)具备多种的设计,具有广泛光学领域,现已在全球的科研实验室广泛使用。XY系列液晶空间光调制器是一类二维可编程的光学器件,可以对入射光进行单像素控制,可以实现纯相位、纯振幅以及位相振幅的混合调制。


    XY 系列以及空间光调制器(SLM)具有6KHz寻址速度,有效消除相位纹波(小于0.1%);500Hz液晶响应速度;高达95%光能利用效率,10W/cm2高损伤阈值等特点。

    XY系列液晶空间光调制器产品特点:

    1、100%填充因子,90-95%高衍射效率

    Meadowlark公司采用独特的硅板镀膜技术,在实现100%填充因子的基础上,有效的消除了SLM高阶衍射光的能量损失,使得空间光调制器的光能利用率提高到了90-95%。

    2、高速寻址有效消除相位纹波

    Meadowlark公司的液晶空间光调制器(LC SLM)采用模拟寻址方式,该方式的寻址速度可达6KHz,可以非常好的消除SLM的相位纹波(可做到0.1%以内)。而holoeye等公司提供的反射式空间光调制器寻址速度为60Hz,其产生的相位纹波大都在10%以上。

    3、高损伤阈值

    MLO的液晶SLM具有非常高的损伤阈值:10W/cm2 for CW Laser ;10MW/cm2 for Pulse Laser。我们的客户使用Average Power = 16 W, Rep Rate = 1 MHz, Pulse Width = 600 fs, beam diameter 5.5 mm的激光,通过检测一阶衍射衍射光的响应曲线,得到HSPDM512-1064相位型空间光调制器可承受的峰值功率密度为 110 MW/cm^2

    4、超快液晶响应速度

    Meadowlark公司的快速液晶空间光调制器(SLM)采用独有的快速液晶材料同时采用瞬态向列效应技术(Transient Nematic Effects)、相位环绕技术(Phase Wrapping)、局部校准技术(Regional LUTs,实现了超高速的液晶响应速度(1~4ms)。目前MLOSLM532nm波长可实现1.5ms的液晶响应速度(位相从0调节到2π的时间),帧频可达到667Hz
